Everything came as expected, packaging was extremely well done. One of the best parts, outside the sword itself, was dealing with Ruan. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and was willing to go out of his way to check with me about progress. My blade has a 28.5 inches nagasa and 9.8 inches handle, about. I can't believe they did such a good job on a sword that just seems insane! But they did it! 5 stars!

I discovered lyuesword a few months ago, when I found out I could customize my own sword I had to try this out. When I was designing my sword whatever questions I had, Ruan would respond within the hour. When Katana arrived all of the fittings where solidly put together, the handle cord was tight and the blade arrived very sharp. The customer service was phenomenal and they truly made a fantastic sword. I plan to order more swords in the future.

I am very impressed by the quality of this katana. It arrived very sharp, with a thick protective coating. All parts are very solid and fit well together. I haven't tried any tameshigiri yet, but the sword itself feels balanced well enough, and it is definitely sharp. It's a level of craftsmanship I really wasn't expecting.
